It puts control over ‘correctness’ directly into the hands of the user; much of the struggle with posture and body use arises from the fact that many people are left confused and discouraged by conventional instruction. Many know for example WHAT to do (to sit, stand or lift properly) - but they still don’t know HOW to do it - and so they just carry on as usual, adding to the burden of lost productivity and sickness absence caused by lower back pain and related ailments.
